$10 1902 Plain Back National Banknote from First National Bank of Woodlawn, PA:
$250.00
For sale here is a $10 Series 1902 Plain Back National Banknote issued the First National Bank of Woodlawn, Pennsylvania (Charter #10951). The bank that issued it received its national charter in 1917 and when Woodlawn merged with the neighboring towns of Aliquippa and New Sheffield, it changed its name to the Aliquippa National Bank. The bank was liquidated in 1931 and it had only $7000 in large bills in circulation at the time which makes this a very scarce Beaver County National Banknote. The signatures are mostly faded but there are no stains or tears and the paper is good quality, probably Fine condition.
