IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTE: The thrust bearing post has a cam upon which the thrust bearing is mounted. This has six possible positions that swing the bearing closer to the guide fork or further away. You may need to re-position the thrust bearing post so the thrust bearing clears the blade. To do this first remove the thrust bearing. Then back out the screw that holds the post andpull the post out with it. Re-position the thrust bearing post to allow for clearance and reinstall. See last picture for a view of post end with bearing removed for clarification.
DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN THE SET SCREWS OR THUMB SCREWS THAT HOLD THE GUIDE BLOCKS IN! THEY NEED ONLY BE SNUG. Over tightening is a beginners mistake and the only cause of this parts failure.
