It does not have a barcode scannable by a postal carrier. Your envelope will be marked as delivered when it gets to your nearest postal sorting machine and is sent to your local post office. Typically, it is delivered to your mailbox the following day (excluding Sundays and Postal Holidays).
Your bills will ship in a protective sleeve, inside a cardboard sleeve (to prevent folding), inside an envelope.
