Hours of Operation
Our business hours are 10am to 5pm PST Monday through Friday. All email requests will be addressed within 24 hours.
Returns or Exchanges
Returns postmarked within 30 days of the delivery of the original shipment will be accepted with 20% restocking fee, no returns allowed after 30 days. All returns must be approved by SMCI Express’ Customer Relations who will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. If the item is defective and is under warranty, please contact us and we will assist you in pursuing a warranty claim with the manufacturer.

Shipping Info
