Guarantee: We are a liquidation company. Therefore we do NOT guarantee, warranty, or otherwise accept liability for any manufacturer defects, materials or workmanship.

Shipping - U.S.: We include free shipping on most of our small items. We charge calculated shipping on most of our larger items.
We use USPS and UPS exclusively because they pick-up everyday at our warehouse. We will not use any other shipping services unless YOU make the arrangements.

Shipping - International: Buyers pay all shipping costs for international shipments. We will combine multiple items in a single shipment to save you money. You MUST contact us BEFORE buying if you
wish to combine ship items.
Please Note: Import duties, taxes and charges are NOT included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are solely the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your

Local Pick-up: Pick-up on any item is available at our main warehouse location: 100 Riverside Drive - West Newton, PA from 7:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Monday thru Friday, 7:00 A.M. - 3:00 P.M. Tracking Information: USPS and UPS tracking numbers are automatically generated and uploaded to at the time of shipment. You can track your item through USPS or UPS websites. We do not have any other access to tracking information than that. If a package shows as delivered and you did not receive it you MUST contact your local USPS or UPS office so they can ask your carrier. The carrier scans the package at the moment of delivery. So if it is scanned as delivered as far as we are concerned it has been delivered.

Shipping Damage: Please contact our customer service team immediately with any concerns regarding shipping damage.

Returns: J2 Tool and Supply is a liquidation company. We DO NOT offer any warranty or guarantee on any of the items we sell.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON ANY ELECTONIC ITEMS. (modules, switches, ECMs, BCMs...etc.)
All returns must be authorized prior to return; they must have a (RMA) Return Merchandise Authorization number, item number, and reason for return.
Once your request has been approved, you will receive a unique RMA number and instructions on how to return you order.
Please follow these instructions carefully to expedite the processing of your return.

We do offer a 14 day return policy on most of our parts. (EXCEPT ELECTRONICS) We reserve the right to apply the policy at our discretion.
If you destroy the packaging or send the part back in non resalable condition we will not accept it.
If you make a mistake, we are reasonable and will work with you. We will accept returns within the 14 day period minus shipping and fees we have incurred. We do not reimburse return shipping costs. The part must showNO signs of having been installed (slide marks on the electrical tabs, circles around the screw holes showing where the screw was turned, greasy fingerprints, etc.)
And the original packageMUST beincluded and intact. Or we will NOT accept it back. If it shows signs of being installed or otherwise causes us to have to sell it as \"used\" we reserve the right to refuse or decrease the amount we refund to you.
