Here is a neat and unusual \"Universal Studios Monsters\" collectible!

It is a \"Introduction To Stamp Collecting\" paperback guide released by the United States Postal Service back in 1998.

That year the U.S. Postal Service released a set of \"Classic Movie Monsters\" postage stamps. This set featured the famous \"Universal Studios Monsters\" (\"Dracula\" - Bela Lugosi, \"The Phantom Of The Opera\" - Lon Chaney, \"Frankenstein\" - Boris Karloff, \"The Wolf Man\" - Lon Chaney, Jr. and \"The Mummy\" - Boris Karloff. The set was very popular with collectors and the USPS soon released all kinds of collectors items featuring the stamp\'s artwork.

This little 32 page booklet was a promotional item produced by the USPS to help promote stamp collecting as a hobby. The guide features the \"Classic Monsters\" on the front and back covers, as well on page 22. The rest of the booklet gives tips on collecting U.S. stamps.

This guide is still clean and complete. It has a few small creases and some mild wear. Overall, this booklet is in pretty good condition for its age! A really neat movie monster item!

This vintage guide will be mailed flat, in a protective plastic sleeve, and with cardboard backing!
