You are purchasing the most complete Pre-Wired Ape Hanger kit available. This kit fits 1996-2006 Harley-Davidson Softail Models except for Springers. This kit includes everything that you need to put a set of these Chrome 1 1/4\" Apes on your Harley except for labor. You will receive this handlebar internally pre-wired with a new wiring harness that includes Chrome switches and new factory harness plugs installed. We do not include longer turn signal light wiring and recommend you mount the lights close to the original location or head light area. Turn Signal light wire extensions to the handlebar base are not included, but are available in the Electrical category of our store. Included are Stainless Braided Cables & a Stainless Braided Brake line in correct lengths. Our stainless braided cables have chrome ends and a UV resistant plastic armor coat to protect your paint and keep them looking good for a long time. This kit is for Single Front Disc brakes. If your Harley has Dual Front Disc Brakes, then You Must purchase the DUAL Disc Brake Line UPGRADE for an additional $65 which is in the Brake Line category of our store. Due to the variety of applications, we do not have specific instructions with each kit. We do recommend that you purchase a H-D service manual for your bike if you don\'t have one. Please remember to provide us your Harleys information as requested in this listing right after purchase, so we can start to assemble your custom kit.Handlebar Specs: Height 14\" Total Width 34\" Center Width 10\" Pullback 7.5\"NOTE: You must add the following information to the comments section during checkout, or send us an message with your Harley\'s: Year, Exact Model #, Handlebar Riser Height (1\" to 6\" tall), does it have a Hydraulic Clutch?

This custom assembled kit will be built for you after we receive your Harley\'s info. Our shipping dates are estimates and may take longer if any part of your kit is on back order. While installing these bars, we recommend replacing the riser bushings, part #: HC-HBB101. Installation kits are also available: 1996-1999 model part #: HC-HIK-11B, 2000-2005 model part #: HC-HIK-12B, 2006 model part #: HC-HIK-13B.

PAYMENT POLICY

We require immediate payment on all fixed price items. We require payment within 24 hours on all Accepted Offers and sale style items.

Please note: The item that you purchased is not reserved until the item is paid for. Sales Tax is collected for all states which require internet sales tax collection.

SHIPPING: Once you purchase an item, the order is uploaded to our system on the Next Business day which includes Monday-Friday, except for national holidays. We will generate a tracking number at the time the item is in transit to or has been picked up by the carrier. Kits that require custom assembly usually show longer handling times. Free shipping is for addresses in the Lower 48 U.S.A. States Only. We do not ship large packages to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Shipment errors that are caused by an incorrect address being supplied to us by the buyer are not our responsibility and the cost to reship the item and the ongoing delay of delivery are the responsibility of the buyer.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We use the Global Shipping Program for International Shipping. Once you purchase an item, we ship the item Free to \'s Global Shipping warehouse located in Kentucky. then forwards the item to your location. Shipping costs to your location, including any import fees and taxes are determined and collected by at the time of purchase.

Our handling times average anywhere from 1 to 30 business days depending on the item purchased and are shown in each items shipping section. Custom kits usually require additional information from the buyer before we can start to assemble the item for the customer.

Business Days do not include weekends and Holidays.

RETURNS:
We will accept returns of new items purchased that have not been installed, are in the original package, that are complete and are resell able as new. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is incorrect or defective and Must contact us prior to shipping the item back for a Return Authorization number. Any return must be done within 30 Business days of delivery. Refunds will be completed within 3 Business days after received.

On new defective products or if we made a shipping mistake, we will provide you a shipping label to return the item. Once we receive the item back, we will then ship out a replacement for it. You can ask us to send you a replacement item before we receive the original item back by giving us a valid credit card number to hold as a security deposit until the return has been completed. International buyers cannot be provided with return labels so we will reimburse them for return shipping after an estimated cost is received and agreed to by us.

With any type of return, you must begin the return through your account. We will provide you with a Return Authorization number at that time and shipping instructions. The RA number must be written on the outside of the box for identification. It is important that you include a note inside the package as to what is wrong with the item and if you want a replacement, store credit or refund. If we owe you any return shipping cost then we must have a copy of the postage receipt sent to us for reimbursement. It is suggested that you send us the return shipping tracking number through messaging so we can track it as well.

All Manufacturers warranties cover their item only and do not cover labor or return shipping. We will not provide full refunds on items that (1) have been installed (2) are not in the original packaging (3) are damaged or (4) are missing included accessories and not complete. Please contact us thru messaging with any questions.
