Koral Kingdoms DOA Policy
Alldeliveries are tracked and monitored by Koral Kingdoms including time ofdelivery to the location selected by the purchaser. Koral Kingdoms guaranteeslive species up to two hours after delivery as recorded by the carrier.
Purchaser must take a picture of the inside of the original packaging (such ascontainer or bag) even if species is still alive. If the delivery is dead on arrival(DOA) or within two hours of delivery, then Koral Kingdoms will provide thepurchaser credit or a replacement of the coral depending on availability.Purchaser will not be reimbursed for the shipping charges, but the value of DOAcoral may be applied to another order for free shipping. Koral Kingdom is notresponsible for any shipping or weather delays caused by the carriers.
If buyer does not notify Koralkingdom within the first two hours of delivery of wrong item or damage/DOA then the buyer cannot dispute charges.
