The packaging:
-Eggs are individually wrapped in bubble wrap very carefully.
-Eggs are not cleaned, we have not washed the eggs
Eggs and Fertility:
-Our eggs are collected daily and packed within the day.
-Our fertility rate is currently 95%.
- We don’t guarantee the fertile rate, some buyers got 100%, some buyer got 10%. It’s a lot of shaking during the shipping. If you could not accept the risk, please find a local hatchery to buy the eggs. We do not refund or replace the package. However, if you still want to try to hatch our eggs, just talk to us. We’re very happy to support an appropriate discount on the next order.
Shipping:
-We ship our eggs the same day or the next day they have been laid. If eggs are damaged, please let us know, we can file a claim to USPS if pictures are taken and a timely claim in submitted. All the shipments are insured up to $100.

-We always try to ship extra eggs in case of damage during reply all the message within 12 hrs. Please feel free to contact us, if you don’t want to buy from us now, we are also happy to share the experience on egg hatching and chicken raising to you.
