The flow rate capacity of the wvo centrifuge is1.8 GPM or 108 gallons per hour. The centrifuge measures 5.4\" in diameter by 9.8\" tall. Rotor is capable of holding20 oz. of contaminants. One 55 gallon drum of WVO will take approximately30 minutes to process. The viscosity is the critical part of this equation. Centrifuge generates (at 90 PSI) a centrifugal force 2,000 times greater than gravity at 8000 RPM. You need to purchase a 1/2 HP motor with pump for centrifuge operation. The centrifuge will filter wvo, filter wmo, filter hydraulic oil, filter gear oil or dewater biodiesel. The centrifuge will remove magnesol with more than one pass necessary. At the end of the process, you can also remove glycerin, which requires no heating. More than one pass may be needed.You can build a wvo filtration unit with this centrifuge.
