PLEASE DO NOT ORDER if you are not willing to take a risk and except that we do not refund or replace eggs. Please do not leave poor response due to your hatch rate or delivery issues.As you know, shipping eggs is a risk. We take great care to pack your eggs, we only ship fresh eggs, and we do not wash our eggs so they will be slightly dirty on occasion. We can not guarantee your hatch rate, as many factors play into it, so please be kind and only leave response on things that we can control, like packaging. HOWEVER, almost all of our customers report AMAZING hatch rates with our shipped eggs! Recently hatch rates have been 80%+!
Remember, that if the box is damaged and the eggs are broken to get photos. That is the only way for you to file a claim with the post office.
