Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. Generally delivery is done in a few days but please allow up to 7 days for delivery. Please also allow extra time if you are paying by cheque. The product has to be in a re-saleable condition. You will be liable for the cost of replacement or repair of any goods returned scratched or damaged. if you are returning an item, you must ensure that we receive it adequately packaged (similar to the way it was delivered to you), correctly addressed with correct postage.We recommend that you insure the return of the item. The customer must pay for return delivery costs, however this will be refunded if reason for return is no fault of customer. The customer must inform us of any returns within 7 working days of receipt of goods. Please check goods upon receipt and notify us of any problems as soon as possible.
