This lot includes 2 of the uncommon version of the large 5\" yellow crown gear with offset socket. This allows a standard K\'nex rod to be installed so it can drive or be driven by something that is not in line with the rotation of the gear. The offset socket may be located to either side of the centerline of the gear (photo shows one of each configuration). We may send two that match, or one of each depending on available inventory. The 5\" yellow gear is the large gear from sets such as the Hyperspace Training Tower and numerous Ferris Wheel sets such as the 3 Foot Tall Ferris Wheel, Classic 3-in-1, and Musical Ferris Wheel. Durable, high quality hard plastic. The only difference is the added offset socket on these gears. At some point years after this part was introduced, K\'nex changed the material of this gear to a softer, less durable plastic. This listing does not include any of those lower-quality parts.
