Offered here is a vintage original Postal Scale manufactured by Pelouze Manufacturing Company, Chicago. Includes patent dates of 1896, 1898 and 1903. Measures 3.50\" tall with a base that measures 2.0 x 3.50. Scales is called a Crescent, and is very well detailed, with items noted for weight from Air Mail Letters to Foreign Letters to Books and Merchandise. Capacity to sixteen ounces.
