FAIRLY RARE. This is a tractor for a collector. It appears to be one of the special order tractors for American Airlines. AA required their models to have a totally different numbering system than ag tractors. This can be seen by the \"A\" in the beginning of the serial #. The first one made in 1957 had a number 1001. The last one had a number of 1267. That means that this tractor is 693 out of a total of 1267 made for AA in 1957. Some of the options offered on this series were hyd clutch, foot throttle, fenders, etc. Some of the earlier models built for the Air Force and Navy were known at MOTOTUGS OR MOTO-TUGS. Difficult to find much information on these. I don\'t think there are many around.
I don\'t know if this tractor has been completely restored, but it certainly has been nicely renovated, all new tires, new paint, 12V electrical, etc. This configuration seems to be fairly rare. Runs like a top. The model 621-62 were made for the US Air Force and Navy as aircraft tugs as late as 1962.
