Here is one of the 5 Wheel horse tractor items that I am listing on and in Craigs List Dallas, they are fresh from a barn in Southern Iowa, , i am estimating this one to be a 60-70\'S??? model but not sure and am no expert, has mower deck, motor is free, what you see is what you get, they are great survivors of an age gone era when everyone had a riding tractor and did gardening and mini farm chores, they are located at my ranch about 65 Miles NE of Dallas Texas near the town of Van Alstyne, they can sit at my ranch for as long as you need if you are coming to get them, just let me know well in advance, I am entertaining offers on them so think about it and let me know, as mentioned they are listed in Dallas on CL site and I have the right to end this sale if they are sold locally. Thought you may like a Wheel Horse master list to help ID Wheel Horses you find. This model is a 1973, considered a \"no name\" model by the way.
As long as the small metal ID tag is on them you can find out what they are by this list.
Looking on the far left of the master list under the 1973 section, you will see the tag ID number 1-0120 from this tractor. The last 8 basicly just means it is 8hp for it.
These change through the years as some have names Charger,Ranger etc..others use numbers or numbers/letters both but you will understand it. The ID tag numbers are used to buy parts & identify the models as stickers may have been changed or lost over decades. Collectors expect the ID tags to be on their precious collector tractors..
