Has the storage foam but not the exterior box. No paperwork.
There is a tie down belt / strap.
The Christmas tree has not held up well and is deteriorating into little green "glitter" size pieces. I will put the tree in a ziplock bag to keep it from glittering up everything inside the foam box again.
