Offered is a set of (2) lovely hand blown crystal double old fashioned glasses in the “Intermezzo Gold” pattern by Orrefors of Sweden. Designed by Erika Lagerbielke of Sweden, this pattern features a floating forced bubble of matte gold within the heavy base.
This pre-owned set of DOF glasses are in excellent used condition and appear to be minimally used, if at all. They are free from cloudiness, water stains, cracks, chips, scratches, flaking or flea bites. There is a very small scuff on the edge of the bottom surface of one glass which would be consistent with very light use. As typical with hand blown glass/crystal there are scattered small air inclusions.
In the center of the contact surface, below the forced bubble, is the pointile mark. One glass has the spot completely closed. The other appears to have a pinpoint opening, as such, handwashing only is recommended.
