2006 Power House Prodigy MINI-SKID STEERS TRACK LOADER ON TRAILER For Sale

I bought this to dig out a basement under an old house . It worked great for that but ended up finding multiple other projects to get into also, haul the new stone into the basement , dig the drive way and re-stone and level it ,auger out holes for new fence posts , rototiller my Dads garden , lift large logs into my truck , well you get the idea , I need to sell this to finish the old house $$$$ Other than that I would keep it . Runs great and in good shape . Include is the equipment trailer and the following attachments - a dinging bucket,post hole digger with 3 different size of augers, a trencher , a rototiller , and a dirt/stone leveler attachment that is also used as a fork lift . Also there is a trailer ball on the flip side of the auger motor to maneuver the trailer in tight spots .I believe it has a 20 HP - Kohler engine that runs great . Sold as is but the only know problem is the Rt rear tire went soft and I ran the rubber track off - just need to work it back on &fix the slow leek . Also the tilt motion is is about 90% , an adjustment or worn tensioner is my best guess ?? Almost sold last sale so I will try once more !! ask an honest question AND get an Honest answer !!!
