2006 Simplicity Regent Lawn Tractor 50\" Mower 24HP Briggs and Stratton For Sale

2006 24 HP V-Twin Briggs and Stratton engine. 50\" mower deck. Cruise control, 12v power port, cup holder, and phone/accessory holder. This tractor belonged to my dad. He has moved on to a newer tractor and is ready to sell this one. He baby\'s his equipment. Oil changed, greased, and washed regularly. New blades installed. Sometimes starts hard when engine is cold, but runs great otherwise. Mower deck had a small crack it in. It was welded and painted. Left footpad is in need of repair/replacement (see picture). No tears in the seat. It has about 650 hours on it. If you\'d like more info or additional pictures, feel free to request and I\'ll send them along ASAP.
