This is a standard size pennant (12x30), in excellent condition, made by Wincraft, commemorating the VCU Rams trip to the 2011 NCAA Final 4. It is the Soft Premium Felt, Roll It Up style pennant. Soft pennant sleeves are available for an additional $l.00. (My pennants are original warehoused stock and have never been owned by anyone else; no pin holes, no dirt and no fading.)
