What we know...
The pan comes from a school lunch program kitchen and wasn\'t used much at all. Please take aminute to check out the pictures below to get a close up view. The skillet has a beautiful, solid \"all business\" look to it. Theall stainless constructionis flawless and has the look ofchrome.The tilt system is fast, smooth and quiet. The auto ignition lights the burner fast and the pan gets up to cooking temperature almost immediately.There are no circuit boards that may pop and smoke, leaving you unable to produce. Comes with manual tilt which in my opinion is a big plus. It tilts faster and will never fail.
I\'ve also give you a close up view of the most important part of any gas appliance, the burner. This has to be in clean, rust free condition not only for the longevity of the appliance but for safety reasons as well. Always ask for a close-up of the burner before buying anything gas related. If what you receive is excuses - move on.
You will notice a picture of the burner lit. There is way too much yellow in the flame and that is a result of using propane with a burner set up for natural gas. Unfortunately that\'s all we have here at the shop for testing.
Cook 40, 8 oz chicken breasts in 10 minutes, cook 50 - 60, 8 oz fish patties in 8 minutes, make up 40 gallons of chili, use as a steamer for seafood orvegetablesor fry up 55 hamburger patties in 4 to 6 minutes. It is designed to keep up with the demands of any sized kitchen and is wide so that you can spread things out or cook one thing on one side and something else on the other. Also the sides are high and can considered a true kettle. This braising pan is the most versatile piece of professional kitchen equipment you can own.
