2016 Concession Trailer For Sale

20 ft long from tip of tongue to rear bumper. 16ft enclosed concession body with 4 ft tongue. Steel frame with 2 - 3500 lb drop axles equipped with electric brakes. Concession walls measure 16 feet long, 8 feet wide, and 7 feet high. Walls are 6 inches thick and fully insulated. Trailer is equipped with 20 foot of formic counter top and built in base cabinets for storage and to enclose fresh water tanks, pump, water lines, and drain lines. Cabinet doors can be easily removed to access tanks, water pump, hot water tank, and drain pipes. Trailer is equipped with 4 stainless steel sinks for dish and hand washing. The trailer has 60 gallon fresh water and a 90 gallon grey water tank. The fresh water is supplied from a connection on the outside of trailer and the grey water tank is equipped with a drain valve. The trailer has a 240/120 volt electrical system with 6 circuit breakers and an outside connection box on rear of trailer. The trailer has a wall mounted air conditioner, refrigerator, 4 burner lp gas cook top, range hood vented to outside, water pump, and hot water tank, all purchased new when trailer was built. The trailer has serving window with screen, and a 2 ft x 2 ft double pane window on the front and back wall. The trailer is lighted by a two tube 8 foot florescent light on celling.
