This listing is for the Ford Bronco SportDIYTrunk Shelf Kit.
The kit is made for the Bronco Sports that did not come from factory with the Cargo Management System (Fitment not confirmed on those models) and would like to take advantage of having a shelf to divide the trunk into two separate spaces in order to increase cargo storage. The kit includes two custom designed steel plates (Patent Pending) made specifically to fit the Bronco Sport rear quarter trim covers. Fully customizable and gives you a starting point depending on your needs and creativity; drawers, divisions, nets, fold-out tables, etc.
With the included Stainless Steel hardware, the plate on one side of the shelf will be bolted down with wing nuts, this way, there's no need for tools to remove the shelf after its been installed.The tie down hooks the plates lock into, are still functional.Also, the way it was designed, the shelf does not block the hatch light button or the 12v/110v sockets.
The only item needed (not included) to complete the standard shelf, is a wood panel or material of choice and automotive carpet if you'd like to wrap it for a nice OEM look. The shelf, when finished, will measure 21in x 47in with a height of 15in (Enough to fit a 5gal bucket under it). Actual measurements will be included in the PDF instructions.
