Most of our product could be delivered to 48 states of America (excluding FPO, APO or PO Box addresses).We DO NOT ship to PO boxes since our couriers may not provide this services. Unless you need specific PO Box Delivery Service, please contact with our Customer Service Team before you place the order as there may be additional costs.
To avoid any delay or extra cost of your postage, please provide correct physical address and make sure your suburb matches your post code for prompt delivery of your order (your listed address for delivery, not the Paypal address).
Items will only be delivered during the business hours (9am to 5pm on weekdays. Delivery is not available on weekends, public holidays or after business hours).
We reserve the right to charge you for any additional costs incurred in the re-delivery of the item or products indicated in your order confirmation if:
(a) There is no person at the delivery address to receive the item or products or no person at the delivery address that is able to sign any consignment note indicating that the item or product has been received.
(b) Through no fault of our deliveryman, they are not able to unload or deliver the item or product ordered to the delivery address (such as there being no person to assist if the item or product is large or heavy).
(c) The delivery address is incorrect.
We do offer Expedited shipping options, but due to the variables of weight and distance, please call our Customer Service to obtain a quote.
Returns:
All of our items come with a 30-day return policy. During this time any unopened and unused merchandise can be returned at the customer expense for a full refund minus a 20% restocking fee.
We only accept the return for original package. Please make sure the item have NO man-made sabotage.
All products are rigorously tested before leaving the factory, if you receive products damaged or with quality problems, please do not hesitate to inform us with a photo that can be used as evidence.
