26\" Germany Kestner DEP 195.13 bisque #6 head brows lashes brown hair wig For Sale

26\" Germany Kestner 195 bisque head, incised on back of head: DEP 195.13. Appears to be made in Germany, has large deep blue sleep eyes, painted lower lashes, newer long brush upper lashes, inset fur eyebrows (nice condition), red accented eyes & nostrils, blushed cheeks, an open mouth showing tongue & six upper teeth, wears a newer brown custom made human hair wig styled long with loose curls. The head has no cracks, chips, or hairlines. The original lower bisque arms & legs are very nice, need a bit of cleaning, left ankle has been broken and neatly repaired, with some glue residue remaining. please see pictures. The leather has small rips at the right arm joint (still strong) and at the right elbow on back. All joints work well, and there is no leaking anywhere. She is an adorable big girl ! I am not able to tell whether the eyebrows, hair (wig), or eye lashes are made out of ... other than they look totally real.
The hair on the wig is brown/brunette but some pictures may appear reddish, it is in fact brown.
This doll was purchased and remained in my family for several generations. They believed it was either late 1800s or early 1900s vintage. I cannot verify that as I am not a professional collector, just this was my Mothers prized possession which she gave to me in 2020.
I am also selling a fully restored doll carriage that also was with this doll for many years, but that is local pickup only due to difficulty in shipping it.
Condition notes: right arm is detached, label on chest is missing, only partial remains (indicates 1/2 cork stuffed), view pictures for complete view of condition -- pictures should show most everything. Additional pictures available upon request, but limited to 24.
This doll also includes all clothing that were included with the doll. Some are shown in pictures, some are not. I have no idea if they are vintage, but some might be. There is also an antique pillow included.
