Fastens with side snaps.you could shorten the skirt & use the material for patching the bodice & upper part of the skirt. It’s not hemmed. There are 2 patches along the bust & one needs repair. Several stains (likely rust) the largest is on the the skirt. The armhole is torn in one place along the seam.
