MacBethEvans made a beautiful thin, translucent white glass they called Monax and usedit for American Sweetheart to great effect. If you like the pattern and want a set that you can use thencollecting pink or Monax would be a wise choice.
The 4 luncheon plates are in very good condition; there are no chips, flakes, etc. The color and the design are clear and sharp.
