The DAIKIN GOODMAN brand GSC Commercial three-phase air conditioning units ship with a nitrogen / helium holding charge and are designed for replacement of R-22 units. The cabinet features a powder-paint finish over heavy-gauge galvanized steel that provides durability and improved UV protection. The unit’s attractive louvered metal guard helps to reduce coil damage and strengthens the unit.

An added benefit for commercial installations is the elevated base pan designed to provide excellent water drainage and to help keep the coil away from debris that can collect inside the unit.

      • About return policy is as follows: Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost. If a customer orders the wrong product or chooses to return it before use there will be a 15% restocking fee. Sales on electric items such as circuit boards are final and no returns will be honored. Items that have been installed, unless faulty with the exceptions listed above, are not returnable.
