If there is any major deviation in the autograph appearance ie placement, size, colour etc, we will email with images for approval before we post your item. All of our flat images are reproduction prints and not originals unless stated.

We Ship Your items Securely
We know how important it is for you to receive your items in pristine condition, all of our signed merchandise and memorabilia will be packed with great care. Boxesare packaged and shipped with air-filled cushioning pillows in branded export-grade cardboard boxes to ensure that they arrive in perfect condition. Any 8x10, 16x12, 11x17, or A3 posters will be shipped in a toploader, and in a branded all board envelope. Some A3 and all A2 and larger posters are shipped in 1cm thick heavy duty postage tubes. Funko pops will be shipped in Funko protectors (acrylic hard stacks sold on our shop separately)

Our three piece authentication consists of;
- Holographic Sticker(with serial number which matches the COA)
- COA (with serial number which matches the holographic sticker)
-Online Registration (Your item will be registered on our online portal. Check the Authenticity checker tab on the Monopoly Events or Action Force Toys website. Please note it can take a few days to appear online after being purchased.)
For extra authentication we will also provide a programme from the event it was obtained from FOC where available but is not guaranteed.

Returns InformationReturns not accepted. All items are checked before dispatch and packaged in our bespoke protective packaging to ensure it arrives in pristine condition. We only accept returns if the item is damaged in transit or faulty, in which case we would take the item back and a straight like for like replacement would be issued. For items ordered by mistake or for change of mind or similar, no refunds will be issued. The item is exactly as described, and quality checked before dispatch.We have had to implement these strict rules to protect our business, due to receiving excessive return requests from buyers purchasing products by mistake or changing their mind, incurring unfair costs that our business cannot sustain.
