We do our best to dispatch within 48 hours (excluding weekends) meaning you should receive your parts within 3-5 days but if you do require your parts urgently then call us to request an urgent dispatch. 1. Please ensure any returns are sent back in original and un-damaged re-sellable condition.
2. 30 DAY NO QUIBBLE MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. We accept returned items within 14 days of purchase, however you must notify us within 7 days via to obtain a returns number otherwise it will not be accepted back.
3. We DO NOT refund original or return carriage charges we will ONLY refund the price of the part.
4. Unlike other stores we DO NOT CHARGE re-stocking fees on correctly supplied goods.

2. You must notify us of the return so we can notify the manufacture to expect it back for inspection.
3. We will only exchange the item once we have been authorised to do so from the manufacturer alternatively you can purchase a new part and once we are authorised to do so refund the new order.
4. We are on your side so as long as you are willing to co-operate with us we will do our utmost to ensure a warranty situation is handled as efficiently as possible.
