From Sylvia Woods Harp Center:Ray Pool is a New York based harpist who is famous for his engagements at the famed Waldorf-Astoria hotel. Pool is known for his extensive repertoire that includes popular, Broadway, and Big Band era tunes. Among the many Broadway shows he has performed in are Evita, and La Cage Aux Folles. He is a frequent contributor to the Harp Column magazine and the Folk Harp Journal and has conducted several workshops for the American Harp Society involving harmony studies. He is also the author of many books of harp arrangements and lead sheets.
We are a small non-profit in Birmingham, Alabama.We sell donated sheet music and method books that we cannot use in our Scrollworks program at this time.All proceeds from our sales are used to provide instruction on orchestral instruments, piano and voice to children who otherwise would not have access, including children with disabilities.
