I am selling a collection of vintage trains for a friend. Unless otherwise specified, nothing has been tested for operation. These are vintage items sold as restoration projects, parts, or display items for the knowledgeable adult hobbyist.
Here is a nice looking vintage American Flyer Postwar S Gauge train set from the mid 1950\'s, consisting of:
1. 316 \"Pacific Type\" die cast metal 4-6-2 large steam locomotive and tender
2. 953 combine car
3. 952 coach
4. 954 observation carLike any 70 year old used toy, there are some small nicks, scratches, and cosmetic issues. Still makes a nice appearance with bright colors and graphics, not beat up or play worn looking. Locomotive ran when tested. Like most Flyer, reverse unit is finicky. Has been in storage, would be advisable to clean and lube before using much.
Sold as shown in pictures. These are vintage display and collector\'s items sold as a project for the knowledgeable adult hobbyist. These are old and will often need tinkering and TLC. NOT sold as an everyday toy to be played with by a child. Please ask and get answers to all questions before you offer. Sold as/is, no returns. Shipping is $29.99. I only sell to the USA.
