This is an American Flyer #34 Railway Figure Set, 1953. Original in HTF original box with VHTF outer cardboard sleeve. Clear plastic holder under the trash can has deteriorated and weight of piece has broken through. Several other spaces show aging affects. No tape repairs to plastic holder. ERIE, FR, HC, and HE pressed into base of piece as appropriate to piece. Tape on side of the bottom blue box. A Lionel person, on seeing this, commented that as far as he knew Lionel did not make anything like this and he had to buy his from Flyer.
