This listing is for a vintage pair of wire frame bifocal eyeglasses with the original black felt lined, brown vinyl hard case marked \"H.A. Schultz Optometrist, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin\" in gold lettering on the front.
Frames are rounded, and are marked \"B&L 1/10 - 12 KGF FUL-VUE\" on the inside of the bridge, and \"01/10 - 12 kgf\" on the inside of the temples. There is an ornate scrollwork pattern on the outside of the temples as well.
Approximate Measurements:Frame width: 4-15/16\"Lens width: 1-11/16\"Lens height: 1-9/16Bridge: 7/8\"Between Arms: 4-9/16\"Temple length: 6-1/4\"
Condition:Best seen in photos, rims have a lovely gold tone with some tarnish bits here and there.There is also a solder/repair to one of the temples near the ear loop.Several surface scratches on front and back of both lenses, consistent with age and use, but NO chips in either lens that I can find.Some discoloration and cracking to the plastic nosepieces.The case opens and closed very nicely with surface wear, scratches or marks consistent with age and use - still in beautiful condition.Please see all photos and message before buying with any questions.
