There is an imperfection with the hardware of the upper portion as seen in the pic. It appears to be a missing molar. We\'ve categorized it as an imperfection. INVENTORY
Owner, Rosie, is a seasoned collector with a lifetime of treasures from various periods of history. Albums, books, china, deco, everything you can imagine from A to Z. As with any collector, our items were acquired through estate sales; bargain stores, and the collections of families and friends.
OFFERS
Most of our items are featured as best offers even though the value is greater than the asking price. Therefore, we will consider reasonable offers. We may or may not counter your offer and all offers are not accepted.
SHIPPING
We value our inventory and our customers. That is why we go above and beyond the norm to ensure the safe arrival of your item. Our customer response continually includes mention of our impeccable shipping. Typically we ship within two days from the date of payment. We will combine shipping on items that are purchased on the same day. Purchase is defined as receipt of payment.
PAYMENT
We accept Pay Pal. Payments should be received within two days of the date the agreement to purchase was made. If we do not receive payment, we will message a request for payment to you. We encourage fast payment to allow us to maintain our shipping goals and provide quality service to all of our customers.
RETURNS
If our item does not match our description you can return it. We attempt to describe our items as accurately as possible and present detailed pictures to represent the item condition. If there is anything on the picture that raises a concern, please contact us for clarification before the item is purchased. Please ask questions. We welcome communication.
If there is a problem with your item, we encourage you immediately contact us upon receipt of shipment. Please allow us to remedy any situation before utilizing other methods available to you. If a return is required, all costs related to return shipping must be paid by the buyer.
