Antique Craftsman Style Formal Staircase - Circa 1910 Fir Architectural Salvage. This is an absolutely beautiful Craftsman Style complete staircase with all pieces pictured and is ready for re-installation on your staircase restoration project! This staircase features a very heavy Craftsman Style base newel post, four simple square upper newel posts, simple turned balusters, 3 1/4\" fir flooring at the landing, and bull-nose treads with applied cove molding where the treads meet the risers, all making this a classic and simple one of a kind staircase! All stair parts and all trim is fir with an absolutely beautiful beautiful grain pattern (see pictures). The entire staircase has the original dark shellac (varnish) finish that has an absolutely beautiful aged patina.

The face of the first step to the rear landing wall is 130\", the landing is 83 1/2\" wide x 35\" deep, and from the rear landing wall to the second floor landing riser is 65\". The stair width from the skirt to the face trim is 37 3/4\" on the lower section and 39\" on the upper section. The finished floor to finished floor height is 119 1/2\". The entire staircase is disassembled into individual pieces for safety of transport, so you can easily re-assemble as removed, or easily customize to fit your exact needs.

Please Note: This was removed from an original one family owned farmhouse in Missouri. The home was built in 1910 and has only been lived in by the original owners and their daughter and her husband. Because of this, the home was always very well maintained and this is some of the best interior woodwork we have seen.

This staircase is in Great condition with a beautiful old patinaand is ready for display, use or your restoration project. Please refer to the pictures and feel free to email with any questions.

Every step is taken to protect the item condition and the years of use and aging.

This item can be picked up at our location free of charge, or we would be happy to coordinate shipping for the item as follows:

We will deliver the item to our local FedEx Freight Dock (saving the buyer the pick-up fee), the item will then be placed on a pallet and delivered via FedEx Freight.
The shipping and handling will be invoiced along with the item at the buyers expense.
