Shipping
Items ship from Canada by Canada Post and will be delivered by the postal service in your country.
Shipments will be combined whenever possible. Local pick-ups are always welcome and free of charge.

Returns & Refunds
If the item arrives damaged, please accept the shipment and contact us with photos of the damage. Photos are required to file an insurance claim. A refund will be issued upon positive resolution of the insurance claim with the carrier. Please DO NOT ship back broken items — no refund will be provided for return shipping. Refusing the shipment will only result in a delay of the refund as the insurance claim process cannot begin until the return shipment is received.
