Interesting original antique farming equipment patent letter with blueprint drawing by Andrew Safley of Mount Vernon, Iowa, for his improved harrow design. Envelope is Postmarked April 19, 1864. Consists of 2 large double sided parchment type pages measuring 20”x15” each and a thinner opaque paper drawing/blueprint of Harrow design. All bound with a purple fabric ribbon. All in good original condition, pages folded for envelope. Some wear to envelope. Interesting US Civil War era patent. Please ask any questions before purchasing. Thanks!
