Antique South Carolina Pottery Jug For Sale

A late 19th century or early 20th century pottery jug that was part of an estate located in Beaufort, SC. The jug is very clean with no repairs and no cracks, but there is one (1) chip on the bottom edge that measures 0.750 inch wide. The jug is 19.625 inches tall, 8.875 inches in diameter across the bottom and approximately 11.0 inches in diameter at the widest point. There are two (2) 1.0 inch long tear drop shaped features centered about 4.0 inches from the top of the jug, separated by 3.0 inches and nearly opposite of the handle. There is also one (1) irregular shaped feature centered about 8.0 inches from the bottom of the jug and nearly under the handle.
