Antique Thompson & Odell Trumpet Boston, MA c. 1900 For Sale

Antique trumpet made by Thompson & Odell of Boston, MA. The company was in business manufacturing musical instruments from around 1874 - 1905. I am not sure the exact age of this piece, but it is presumably from within that period. Overall length is about 18.5\" and the diameter of the bell is about 4.5\". Condition is as seen in photos. Scratches, dings, tarnish, and other wear. There is some sort of tape repair near the front end. It looks like maybe one of the supports came un-soldered and the tape is to hold it together. The tape is brittle and cracked. There is no mouthpiece. This is obviously going to need some work to restore it, or it could be used as a decorative piece or for parts. Selling as is.
