Antique Village Blacksmith Butchers Cleaver - Circa 1950s
Made by Washington Cutlery Company in Watertown, Wisconsin.
This cleaver measures approximately 15\" inches long overall with a 7.5\" blade that is roughly 3.5\" wide.
As for the heaviness of the item it weighs in at nearly 2 lbs. 4 oz.
The blade (Full-Tang Style) is stamped Village Blacksmith - Solid Steel Forged
The handle of the knife is held by three brass rivets and has some expected wear for a utensil of it\'s age. Yet the blade is in surprisingly good condition.
