Measures about 28\" tall, 28\" across with handle and 15\" wide. Shows age wear...it is wobbly. the wheels do turn freely however, they need some replacement nuts, some are missing. Wheels are plastic. Handle is wooden. The \"bed\" portion is wicker with a wooden frame. The lower frame is metal. Was told this was from the late 1960s, not sure. ******This item is for pick up only because of how wobbly it is, I am uncomfortable taking it partially apart for shipping.
