--About Arita porcelain--

Arita ware is the pottery and ceramics general term baked around Saga-ken Arita-machi.

It\'s hard and strong that the vivid color is given by white porcelain with feeling of the transparency to indigo blue, red, yellow and gold color delicately and the feature. It was a trigger that the Korean potter who has that first in the Edo Period found \"Touseki\" who becomes a pottery and ceramics raw material at Arita, and first pottery and ceramics started to be calcined in country.

Arita\'s pottery and ceramics started to be also shipped to the foreign countries where Europe as well as the country were made the center much from the second half in the 17th century to the second half in the 18th century.Because a load was formed into the jealous thing made with Arita from the Imari harbor which is the closest harbor because Arita had no seas, \"Arita ware\", you come to be called \"Imari ware\" and know the name.

1, SAL ( The cheapest method. But it has many faults. )
The maximum weight is 2 kg (included packing material). More than 2 kg is EMS.
And the overweight by combination of some items is also EMS.
Handling time is uncertain. About two to three weeks. Sometime one month. Worst two months.
I am sorry. In SAL shipping, I do not accept the claim for delay.And the maximum insurance to breakage is USD 50.00.But followup is possible (Very long time is required).
And the following country is not supporting SAL.
South Korea, Taiwan, Vietnam, Romania, Mongolian, Morocco, etc.

2, EMS ( Fast and safe method. )
Express mail takes about 4-7 days.EMS is more expensive than SAL but it is totally safe, fast and trackable and indemnified to breakage or loss. Return policy
If you are not happy with the item purchased, we will refund your money for the cost you paid for the item but will not refund the shipping, insurance, tariffs, duties and costs.

In order to get a refund, the item has to be sent back to me within 14 days and in the same condition as when we sent it out.
Buyer pays for return shipping cost.For a free shipping item, we will refund the difference between the price and the actual shipping cost because the price includes the shipping cost from Japan.
