I purchased this from a 70 year old man who had this in an old scrapbook collection since he was 10 years old. They’ve been untouched all of these years. There is paper on the back because this was adhered on paper. He was given this patch from his uncle who served in WWll and entered his patch collection in a contest with this scrapbook display.
