Overtime the hinges on an M50 will break, this 3d-printed hinge is a simple fix which just screws on. The design maintains the same pressure on the ear as the original hinge design. There are multiple colors available, see below for descriptions of the color.
Unlike other designs, this one does not use a nub to limit the opening of the headphones, rather this one uses a different and much more reliable type of limiter which an also be placed over the nub to prevent future breakages.
This design has been tested for many years and is guaranteed to be strong. Currently this is the 3rd version of the design concept, it is now a bit larger than in the photos. Also unlike other designs, the headphones can still be closed to fit in the carrying case.
Installation is simple, just clamp the two parts together with two screws as shown in the photos; do NOT overtighten! Just make sure there is no gap You may have to slightly close the headphones for the best install position. Each order comes with two hinges and four black screws in order to make both sides match. Does not include instructions or philips screwdriver. See listing photos for assembly.
This design works with: ATH-M50, ATH-M50x, ATH-M50xBT, ATH-M50xGM, ATH-M50xBB, ATH-M50xPB, ATH-M50xWH, and all other m50 varriants.
The colors available are:Black - for the standard black m50 (#141414), printed in PETG (more durable than PLA).White - for the white m50 variant (#F0F0F0), printed in PETG (more durablethan PLA).

Warranty - I offer free replacements if your hinge breaks within the first two years, just send a picture and your address. I will send you a replacement for free. (Or if I no longer have them available then I will send you a partial refund.)
