Lost/Damage Claims - All shipping damage must be reportedwith 2 days of receipt to Maryland Powersports. Defective/damage claims not attributed to shipping must be reported to Maryland Powersports within 7 days of delivery. Shipping damage or lost-in-transit claims/re-shipments will not be processed until the insurance claim is approved by the Carrier.
