Policy for Cancellations and Returns
A Return & Refund:
Before the shipment is officially shipped, orders are open to an unconditional cancellation policy.
We will try to intercept the shipment if it is already in route, but there is no guarantee that we will be successful.
Orders that are successfully canceled are refunded in full.
Returns must be sent back within 30 days of the products being delivered, and they must be accepted within 7 days.
We sell compatiblesets, and if the product is assumed to be an authentic item from well-known companies without reading the product description, we do not accept returns.
An unused item in its original packing that has no missing or broken parts eligible for a return.
Attached to the request for return must be images of the packaging.
A successful review results in the approval of the return request.

Due to the automated sorting process, omissions of bricks may happen. Additionally, rubbing between bricks during packaging and transit can result in damage. Rest assured, we\'re committed to providing free replacements for any missing or damaged bricks.
If you encounter missing or damaged bricks while building, we suggest checking other bags as sometimes bricks may be inadvertently placed in the wrong bag. Stickers are typically found alongside the instructions or tucked inside, so please inspect carefully.
In the event that the issue cannot be resolved, kindly reach out to our customer service team via message or email, including the following details:
The order number and model number.Clearly circle the missing or damaged parts in the instructions and provide corresponding photos.Upon receiving this information, we will promptly prepare and dispatch your replacement package within 15 days.
