This is another beautiful silverplate tray / salver - this one by Barbour Silver Company. Samuel Barbour moved his company from Chicago to New Haven, Conn. between 1881 and 1882. He operated in Hartford around 1889 at 64 Market Street. The company was acquired by the International Silver Company in 1898.This beautiful piece measures approximately: 16 1/2\" in diameter and 1 1/2\" high. It has a beautiful scroll work design with a monogram in the middle - I believe the monogram is L M.It would be lovely holdings antique decanters.I polished it a little but believe it would polish up even more.Thank you for your interest - please let me know if you have any questions or need additional information.
