Booklet has a couple of dents near the spine. Back cover artwork has a few small dents. CD has some light marks/scratches.
I don't grade jewel cases, unless it's a digipack.

US buyers, the item will be shipped in a bubble mailer by either USPS Media Mail or USPS Ground Advantage at a different rate, your choice. However, anything over 15oz will go Media Mail.
